Seasonal produce from Japan’s Oita Prefecture comes into focus through a tight run of seasonal specials - reworked the Kinki way.

Expect creations like yellowtail crudo with Oita orange, crisp Himeshima tiger prawn maki, and a slow-cooked Oita shiitake claypot delivering deep, earthy umami.

Each dish highlights the character of Oita’s land and sea, letting fresh produce and bold flavours speak for themselves.
