Look forward to a gastronomic dinner jam-packed with exquisite flavours and paired with a well-crafted selection of music. The meal will feature Guest Chef Katsumi Shimoju’s delectable Tohoku home-cooked style dishes and self-curated sake, based on fresh seasonal produce.

The menu features interesting use of fresh ingredients. In the first course itself - you will be getting an assorted appetizer including Yuba Uni and Moriawase Sashimi 3 kinds that will be paired with award-winning sake - Sanran. You can expect Japanese Oyster Soup, Tochigi style Wagyu skewer and Chef Special Homemade Udon. All these will be paired with sakes that are handpicked by the chef.
